How it works
WhoIsNo1 is a public sponsored leaderboard. A listing’s rank is determined only by its valid completed sponsorship payments in that category.
1. Pick a category and listing
Choose one of the independent category boards. You can sponsor an existing listing or add a public website. The site normalizes domains to reduce accidental duplicates.
2. Choose the amount
The minimum is shown in checkout. The amount adds to the listing’s lifetime score for that category after PayPal reports a completed capture.
3. Rank is calculated
Higher completed totals rank first. If two listings have the same total, the listing that reached that total first stays ahead. A stable internal identifier is the final deterministic tie-breaker.
No position reservation
Starting checkout does not reserve a rank. Another sponsor may complete a payment before you. No particular position or duration is guaranteed.
Payments are final
We do not offer voluntary or change-of-mind refunds, except where required by applicable law or imposed through PayPal. A processor-enforced refund, chargeback, or reversal removes the corresponding sponsorship credit; a listing with no remaining credit leaves the board.
What a sponsorship means
A sponsorship buys visible placement credit in a public ranking. It is not an investment, auction, lottery, game of chance, prize, ownership interest, editorial recommendation, or endorsement.
